Hi! My name's JR and I'm the founder of Plain Sight.
I'm not a big fan of talking about myself, but here we go! I'm a single Dad from Brisbane, a paediatric nurse of 20 years, type 1 diabetic, former men's footy coach and player and for most of my adult life I carried more than I realised. It wasn't just responsibility, it was endless self doubt that quietly shaped how I saw myself and the world.
